Sold out isn't the same as short. A 200-chair order when you own 150 isn't a lost sale. It's a 50-chair gap.
Calling around doesn't scale. Texting three friends on a Thursday night to find chairs for Saturday is not a system.
Idle inventory costs money. Equipment in your warehouse on a Saturday is revenue you didn't collect.
Once your inventory is on the network, Loop It notifies you when a nearby rental company needs something you have. Accept it from your phone.
Set your minimum payout, allowed categories, and whether you require pickup. You only see opportunities that match.
Joining the network, listing inventory, and posting requests: free.
When a Loop completes, PartyLoop keeps 7% of the fulfiller's payout.
Priority Access Network ($14.99/mo) waives the 7% and gives you 5-minute early visibility on new requests.
Private by default. Business names and contact info are masked until a request is accepted.
Verified vendors. Open requests require approved vendor status and insurance on file.
Cancellation protection. Cancel free before acceptance. After acceptance, the requesting vendor pays a 7% penalty that goes to the fulfiller.
Once your inventory is on the network, it's also your PartyLoop inventory. Orders, calendar, quoting and invoicing with Loop Billing, customer records, and payouts run from the same system — use as much or as little as you want. See what's included →
